The Hôtel-Restaurant Edgar, created in 1840 by a rich shipbuilder from Saint Malo, has mellowed with the passage of time : Wooden floors, rich fabrics and thick carpets are brought together in a palette of taupe, camel and ivory with added touches of bright modern colours. Hotel Edgar is a stylish, family-friendly establishment offering 28 cosy rooms. His restaurant, which seats around 30 people, is softly lit by skylights, and is decorated in a pure and comfortable style which relaxes both the body and the mind.
