Set sail and take lessons from the Plérin Tournemine nautical centre close to the Rosaires beach or the Pôle nautique Sud Goëlo at Binic-Etables-sur-mer and Saint-Quay-Portrieux. Choose your vessel: catamaran, dinghy, windsurf… Find what suits you best.

Sea wading
Have you heard of sea wading? It is a newish and very popular activity in France. Its healing properties attract people of all ages on our Breton beaches. The long sandy beach of the Rosaires is the perfect place to practice that sport all year round whether you are by yourself or with a group of fellow sea waders. If you want to join a group of sea waders, contact the Plérin Tournemine nautical centre.

Scuba diving
The Saint-Brieuc ocean floor is quite exceptionnal. Witness underwater dunes and a plethora of fish with the help of Armor Plongée. Some of the best spots are the Saint-Quay islands and the shipwrecks of the Saint-Brieuc bay. If you prefer staying on the surface, snorkeling might be better suited for you.
