"En ville... et déjà à la campagne : décorée dans un style résolument contemporain, cette maison offre une vue plongeante sur les rives verdoyantes du Gouët. Logiquement, les pesked ("poissons" en breton) sont à l'honneur, très frais et cuisinés avec soin et tendresse par le chef Mathieu Aumont : ainsi les ormeaux sauvages sont-ils massés trois jours durant pour les rendre onctueux et d'une texture irréprochable.
