The Brieuc biscuit factory offers a large variety of Breton specialties. Famously, recipes using salted caramel. Our passionate team are baking more than 60 recipes : salted caramels, palets bretons (Breton pucks), Kouign Amann (Butter cake), Breton cakes, caramel quatre-quarts, chocolate spreads, and jams (52 to 73% of fruit).
